RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — Snoopy Petz

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase for unopened, sealed products in original packaging.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Unopened pet food, treats, accessories, and grooming products within 3 days.

NOT ELIGIBLE: Opened/used products, medications, supplements, or sale items.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Report within 48 hours with a photo on WhatsApp — we will replace or refund immediately.

REFUNDS: Store credit within 24 hours. UPI/bank transfer within 3–5 business days. Card refunds within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES: Available within 3 days for unopened products, subject to stock availability.
